Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3 working days of receiving payment. Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail or another suitable delivery service, with the available delivery options and cost shown at checkout. Standard UK delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Some products, including aerosols, spray paints, solvents, glues and batteries, are subject to carrier restrictions and may require a different delivery service or be limited to certain destinations. Made-to-order, pre-order and special-order items may also take longer to dispatch. If there is ever a problem supplying your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you're happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind about most products bought online, you can let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you've told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please contact us before sending anything back.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us and we'll help put things right. Returned items should be kept in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. Some personalised, made-to-order and restricted products may have different return conditions. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
